It aims at helping students learn strategies that can make them engaging readers. The ability to help students actively engage and think along with the text is one of the main challenges that teachers face in their classroom.  Reading reflections are design to increase students to complete reading before coming to class, to reflect more deeply on the content of the reading to make personal meaning from the meaning and to develop their metacognitive skills for lifelong learning.   August 15, Independence Day.  Today It was a beautiful opportunity I got, to celebrate the day with students in MVGHSS Peroor, school.  All the students were dressed up in proper uniform including NSS students, SPC, Scouts and Guides,  were present in the school premises at 8.00 am. In the presence of the whole gathering the National Flag  was hosted by H.M (High school) and Principal (HSS). Then principal and some other teachers from both  HS and HSS delivered Independence Day speech. The program was followed by an Independence Day  rally started from the school. We teacher trainees were also participated in the rally, and it was a different  experience for me. The program ended around 12.00pm. Then the teachers distributed sweets to the  students as a part of 75th Independence Day celebration.

    Innovative work helps the teacher to teach something effectively. Here we can increase the interest of the pupils. And also we can avoid rote learning by this interesting method. This type of innovative methods and creativity techniques has an important role in teaching leaning process. It will also help the students to store the ideas in their memory for a long time. It is very effective and powerful tool in teaching learning process.              As a part of University of Kerala B.Ed curriculum 2020-2022, there was a school based practical work known as innovative work. This work should be applicable to enhance students learning.           On the second phase of teaching practice I made an innovative teaching aid. AWARENESS PROGRAMME REGARDING FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES Conscientisation is the process of developing a critical awareness of one's social reality through reflection and action. The popular educational nearest Paulo Faire was developed this concept. It include taking action against the oppressive elements in one's life that are illuminated by understanding. The process by which ones develop the ability thing critically about issues of power in relationship to privilege and oppression in different Spheres of influence. SPORTS DAY Badhiriya B.Ed. Training College was organized a three days sports day for its students of B.Ed. and  D. EI. Ed on 27th of May 2022 to 31st May 2022.
