innovative work

  Innovative work helps the teacher to teach something effectively. Here we can increase the interest of the pupils. And also we can avoid rote learning by this interesting method. This type of innovative methods and creativity techniques has an important role in teaching leaning process. It will also help the students to store the ideas in their memory for a long time. It is very effective and powerful tool in teaching learning process.

            As a part of University of Kerala B.Ed curriculum 2020-2022, there was a school based practical work known as innovative work. This work should be applicable to enhance students learning.

          On the second phase of teaching practice I made an innovative teaching aid. In the face to face teaching practice  I prepared an innovative book. The book named as ‘Book of Management’.
