 MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS COMMUNICATION

INTRODUCTION

Reading and refraction on the text is a course designed for B.Ed. students to help them better understand the nuances of reading. It aims at helping students learn strategies that can make them engaging readers. The ability to help students actively engage and think along with the text is one of the main challenges that teachers face in their classroom. 

Reading reflections are design to increase students to complete reading before coming to class, to reflect more deeply on the content of the reading to make personal meaning from the meaning and to develop their metacognitive skills for lifelong learning. Reflection is the process of considering and experience Idea or feelings in light of other experience.

I read the text management and business communication was written by Dr KGC Nair, professor PJ Varghese and professor KRC Nair.

The book prepared strictly in accordance with the new syllabus of the BCom course of University of Kerala. It has been earnest attempt to incorporate all relevant materials required so as to have a comrahesive coverage of topic discussed.







OBJECTIVES

To develop critical understanding of what is involved in reading.

To understand what is involved in reading and writing, reflective individuals and also be able to educate their students. 

To develop reading capacity

To enrich active vocabulary

To string then the habits of thinking and reflecting

REFLECTION

This book is extremely useful and rewarding and so much beneficial to each and every person and these text is simple to read and learn. I haven't read anything else by this type of text. Because these text is such an excellent and amazing textbook for the persons who are seeking a job in the management section or who are interested to know about the various aspects of management.

CONCLUSION

    Thus I conclude that the students get a clear understanding about the management by reading this textbook. The book will give a motivation to the reader and enable them to think in a positive way.
