YOGA DAY
As a part of the June 21 Yoga day, a yoga day celebration was organized by our college. on the same day, Spark Risers, the college's sports club, was inaugurated.
On December 10th 2021 Badhiriya B. Ed training college has organized a yoga class for 2nd year B.Ed. students. The program was arranged on college main hall at 10:00 a.m. or physical education assistant professor Mr. Sujith sir was organized this program. Yoga class conducted by a famous yoga trainer Mrs. Vijaya Lakshmi ma'am.
CONCLUSION
In today busy lifestyle with the increasing number of responsibilities, taking care of own health is getting difficulty day by day which is causing decreases quality of mind and body health.
So you practicing yoga in capsule form, in between the busy schedule during tea breaks, what a brakes or lunch break for one or two minutes can play important role in maintaining good mind and body health.
Yoga, as a mindfulness practice can help correct basic limitations of the mind by improving self awareness, self control and self esteem.
