A Capacity Building Programme on Stress Management was held on 13th September 2021, via Google Meet from 7.00 pm. A total of 50 student teachers attended the programme  which was organized by the team Vaiga (Badhiriya B.Ed Training College Velichikkala ),Resource Persons Dr. S Kiran Kumar (Psychiatrist, Mental Health Centre, Trivandrum ).

Dr. S Kiran Kumar handed over the topic stress management and the session began with his experience sharing and after that it was highlighted that all the participants were engaged through interactively.

He explained about the Psychological,Physiological, Behavioural symptoms that are indicative of a person being under stress as well as the loss of rational thinking and cognitive ability.
